San Joaquin Valley
TACA holds monthly meetings in many locations throughout the United States that feature educational speakers on important topics and allow family members to connect with one another and stay on top of the latest information in the autism world. Each TACA group maintains a resource library of the latest autism books and DVDs/CDs that can be checked out by members at no charge.

Young Coconut Kefir/Yogurt Demonstration
| What: |
Come and learn how to make young coconut kefir/yogurt. You can stretch 2 days worth of probiotics to 2 weeks! We will be doing a live demonstration on how to make this great probiotic drink and yogurt using the method shown on the Body Ecology website, utilizing the probiotics you are currently using as the starter.
Bring a mason jar and a small cooler (insulated lunchbox) if you would like to take some home! Also to be discussed, the GFCFSF diet and the holidays. Tips on how to explain to family and friends the diet, biomedical and behavioral interventions in a nutshell (so that they don’t think you are the nut!) |
