Tips and Tricks for Families with Autistic Kids
-
Sound-sensitive children should wait until the National Anthem is over before going to your seats. Cannons are used at the end of the Anthem.
-
The Stadium is outdoors so once the game starts noise level isn’t bad except where noted below.
-
Sound-sensitive children you may wish to avoid Sections 128-136 in the rows above L because the overhanging seats are metal and often people will stomp. The noise is not bad lower down.
-
Supports Sections 137 & 138 may want to be avoided as the people tend to stand and chant the entire game. The same thing is true for sections 121 & 122. My son likes the excitement of these areas and wants to clap and chant along. Do what’s best for your own child.
-
· The quietest sections are 107-109 with the end zone sections 101-103 being far enough from the supporter section it is usually fine.
-
GFCF Children have some snacks you can eat. We typically wash off hotdogs if we have to. The dogs are usually pre wrapped with bun. You can also order the Nachos Camacho with just Meat Chips, and Pico de Gallo. Snacks like Peanuts, Chips, and Kettle Corn are available.
-
A large concourse wraps around the stadium with lots of activities and usually a band or exhibition taking place. Children can make signs and usually get lots of free stuff prior to the start of the game.
