1st Annual Hawaii Family Picnic

Bellows Beach, Waimanalo (Pavilion C) 11am – 3pm

Who? This extremely popular family event will be attended by Hawaii families who have children with autism. This is our first annual event!
What? This event will provide a safe and fun picnic for children affected by autism and is a primary fundraiser to help TACA continue to provide important services to families affected by autism at no cost.  This year’s picnic will feature:
  • Gluten-Free Casein-Free BBQ with hot dogs and chicken with GFCF buns

  • Gluten-Free Casein-Free Food Options

  • Fun Activities: Bounce House, Bubble Machines, Facepainting, Watersports with Accessurf

  • Traditional Picnic Fun: Volleyball, Frisbees, Kite flying

  • Resource Fair provided by TACA sponsors

TACA provides support, education and information to more than 15,000 families nationwide who are touched by autism through monthly education and support meetings, parent mentoring, the Autism Journey Guide, as well as seminars and conferences. Ninety-five percent of TACA’s services are provided at NO cost. Donating to TACA offers companies the opportunity to build public and community relations as well as improve the quality of life of employees and customers. By supporting a cause that affects one in 150 children, you are directly supporting your community.
