Walka for TACA is a family oriented fundraising event in combination with TACA's Annual Family and Friends Campaign. At TACA we encourage members and the community to come to the event and for a family filled fun morning. At Walka for TACA, there are activities for the children, TACA resource providers & event sponsors, light snacks, and music.

The Walka for TACA will take place rain or shine. Walk route is 3K (approximately 1 mile). Walkers are encouraged but not required! NOTE: SORRY – NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE SCHOOL CAMPUS! We ask that you leave your pets at home unless they are service animals. Don't forget your sunscreen. TACA suggests that you arrive early! With the number of people attending the Walka for TACA, traffic may be backed up, so the earlier you arrive the better! |
| Parking: | Newport Harbor High School has ample parking directly adjacent to the high school track. All events will occur at the campus on the track and field area. |
| Directions: | Newport Harbor High School is just 5.25 miles off the 73 Freeway in Newport Beach, CA. Exit Jamboree Blvd and head south towards the beach. Turn right on East Coast Hiway, right on Deover Drive, Left on East 16th Street and Left on Irvine Ave. The school will be on the left hand side. |
